(Bali - Jimbaran)
Requirements:
- Experience in Managing a Four or Five star Resort
- Bi-lingual (Japanese, Bahasa), must be able to communicate effectively in English verbally and written
- Prior experience in Opera Hotel edition version 5
- Motivational and team facilitator with a focus on training and development, strong leadership skills
- Energetic with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong fiduciary skills with a clear understanding of P&L and expanding revenue opportunities
- Proven experience in Managing and operating a Butler Program and conceptual knowledge of current Butler requirements and client expectations
- Work base in Bali, Jimbaran.
