We are presently hiring for the following positions:
Cook pastry, Asst cook pastry, Sous chef, Cook tournant, Cook rounds, Asst food storekeeper, Asst cook, Bar storekeeper utility
(Banten - Overseas on CruiseShip)
Responsibilities:
- Will be assigned to the specialty galley by the executive chef.
- Assists with transportation of food items from the main store to the galley.
- Duties include the cleaning and sanitizing working area and working utensils following the United States public Health rules and regulations and all times.
- Will be assigned from time to time in an early standby in the specialty galley for USPH purpose or helping in the breakfast service.
- Is aware of,and/or acquires the necessary knowledge to comply with the ship's standard operation,in order to assist guest.
- Attends meetings,training activities,courses and all other work-related activities as required.
Requirements:- Min 21 years old
- Ability to speaking, writing and reading in English >7
- Experience min. 2 years for the same position
- Available to traveling around the world up to 60%
- Education SMU + experience, Food and Beverage Academy, Hotel and Tourism Academic
- Willing to work at sea (Cruise Ship) for 6 month or more
- Skill and knowledge = intermediate and up
- Knowledgeable western food
- Fine dining room experience/hotel/restaurant
- Shipboard experienced (recommended)
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
