I. REQUIREMENTS

A. General Requirements.

1. Warga Negara Indonesia;

2. Minimum age of 18 (eighteen) years and a maximum of 35 (thirty five) years;

3. Was never sentenced to prison or confinement by a court decision which has permanent legal power for committing a crime and / or not in criminal justice process;

4. Never be dismissed with respect not his own request or not with respect as a civil servant, or dismissed with respect as a Private Employees.

5. No status as a candidate for Civil Servants / Civil Servant;

6. Have the education, skills, expertise and skills required;

7. Of good character;

8. Healthy physically and spiritually;

9. Willing to be placed in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia or other countries determined by the government.

10. Willing to let go of the Position Management and / or members of political parties at the time of screening exams passed, if the relevant at the time of application to board and / or members of political parties.

11. Passed screening conducted by the Candidate Recruitment Committee Civil Service Attorney of the Republic of Indonesia.

B. Special requirements.

1. Pasca Sarjana (S.2)

1. Age as high as 30 (thirty) years old at the time of application filed.

2. Never been married and are willing to not be married to be appointed as a Civil Servant.

3. Not color blind, physically disabled, no tattoos and drug-free and have the ideal body posture.

4. Licensed computer at a minimum of Microsoft Office programs and Internet operation

5. Mastering English is proved by a TOEFL score of at least 450.

6. Already have an appropriate certificate S.2 formation required at time of application and have a grade point average (GPA) as low as 3.00 (three point zero-zero).

7. Derived from an accredited university at least B, except for certain provinces to be determined by the Attorney General.

2. Undergraduate applicants (S.1)

1. Age as high as 28 (twenty eight) years old at the time of application filed.

2. Never been married and are willing to not be married to be appointed as a Civil Servant.

3. Not color blind, physically disabled, no tattoos and drug-free and have the ideal body posture.

4. Licensed computer in Microsoft Office programs and Internet operations.

5. Mastering the English language proved with a minimum TOEFL score of 400.

6. S.1 has appropriate certificates required information at time of application and have a grade point average (GPA) as low as 2.75 (two point seven five).

7. Derived from an accredited university at least B, except for certain provinces to be determined by the Attorney General.

3. Applicants Diploma III

1. Age as high as 27 (twenty seven) years old at the time of application filed.

2. Not married and not willing to be married to be appointed as a Civil Servant.

3. Not color blind, physically disabled, no tattoos and drug-free and have the ideal body posture.

4. Licensed computer in microsoft office programs

5. Already have an appropriate diploma D. III formation required at time of application and have a grade point average (GPA) as low as 2.75 (two point seven five).

6. Derived from an accredited university

4. Applicants for S.1 (Sarjana Hukum) in the special requirements must be from an accredited university at least B, except for universities from provincial (High Prosecutors Office) assigned particular by the Attorney General (accredited at least C) is as follows:

5. For undergraduate applicants other than state law would not be willing to follow the Formation of Education and Training Attorney (PPPJ) and not appointed as Prosecutor for the Attorney General for Civil Servants RI, evidenced by an affidavit signed by the relevant stamps on file and attached to the proposal at .

6. Applicants for Bachelor of Law (candidate attorney), if accepted as a RI Attorney CPNS not automatically follow Formation of Education and Training Attorney (PPPJ) but must pass a selection as a participant of Education and Training Establishment Attorney according to the requirements and conditions apply.

7. Applicants for a doctor's office General Practitioner who had passed the competency test as evidenced by Certificate of Registration (STR) issued by the Medical Council.

II. Application

1. Each applicant must register themselves (not assignable), to submit 2 (two) the applicant's documents, which consist of:

1. Photo copy of certificate / diploma Computer which legalized by institutions that issue.

2. Photo copy of certificate / diploma TOEFL English language certified by the institutions that issue (for applicants Doctors and S.1)

3. Photocopy of Certificate Police Notes (SKCK) of the Police Department already legalized in force at time of application.

4. Photocopy Peduduk Identity Card (KTP) is certified by the institutions that issue.

5. Able-bodied Certificate of health center doctors / Government Hospital (original and photo copy)

6. Unmarried Certificate from the Village Chief / Head of Village (the original and photo copy)

7. Latest Photograph of black and white size 3 cm x 4 cm by 10 sheets (not men with long hair)

8. Unless applicants S.1 Hukum (DA candidates) are willing to make a statement of not going to follow the Formation of Education and Training Attorney (PPPJ) and not appointed as attorney for the Civil Service Attorney RI

1. High Prosecutor South Sumatra, South Kalimantan High Prosecutors Office and the Attorney General High South Sulawesi.

In addition to accepting registration as mentioned in letter (b) above also receive a registration applicants S.1 Accounting and Computer S.1, as follows:

1. C. Determination of graduation stage I and stage II is determined by the Candidate Recruitment Committee Meeting Civil Service Center for Fiscal Year 2009.

2. D. Applicants who passed the exam required to follow the phase II drug-free test.

3. E. Participants who failed drug tests revealed free fall and only applicants who passed the test stage I, stage II and graduated from drug-free test that will be proposed for the determination of Employee Identification Number (NIP) in BKN.

4. F. If the proposal for the establishment Employee Identification Number (NIP) was rejected by BKN for not meet the requirements set by BKN for example: age, educational qualifications, and requirements for the validity of the certificate concerned participants expressed their graduation fall.

5. G. G. At the time deliberately applied to a certificate or evidence that is not true, that should not be eligible to be appointed as a candidate for Civil Servants, have been obtained if the NIP and was appointed CPNS, then graduation and appointment declared killed / aborted.

V. MISCELLANEOUS

1. For participants who followed the selection, costs incurred for the examination Psikotest, health, drug-free test and the cost of travel, lodging, other accommodation needs during the test participants are borne by each participant.

5. If the participant resigns, is unwilling to take the test or have passed but are not willing to be appointed to the Attorney CPNS RI, the visitor must make a written statement of resignation in writing and submitted to the Head of the Attorney General's Bureau of Human Resources of Indonesia.

6. Applicants are expected to not meet or are not tempted by gentle persuasion or promises that can be passed with a certain reward from anyone.
