Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration Minister by letter of Administrative Reform Tax: 518.F/M.PAN/7/2009 of Additional Principle Approval Center CPNS Formation Year 2009, opened registration for Civil Servants candidate to fill the vacancy formation Depnakertrans year 2009 that will placed on central office and the technical implementation unit (UPT) in Indonesia.

2. Requirements include:
a. Citizens of the Republic of Indonesia was the lowest 18 (eighteen) years and the highest 35 (thirty five) years on December 1, 2009;
b. Education Level:
1). Bachelor (S1)
- State Universities minimum GPA of 2.65
- Private Higher minimum GPA of 2.65 with a minimum accredited 'B'
2). Three Diploma (D3)
- State Universities Minimum GPA 2.75
- Private Higher minimum GPA of 2.75 with a minimum accredited 'B'
For private universities, if the certificate is not mentioned university accreditation, it must be attached to the accreditation certificate copy of the relevant university who mentioned the status of accreditation.
c. Was never sentenced to prison or confinement by a court decision that already had permanent legal force, because doing a criminal act;
d. No status as a candidate for Civil Servants / Civil Servant;
e. Never be dismissed with respect not his own request or not with respect as civil servants or not terminated employees with respect as a private;
f. Of good character and healthy physical and spiritual;
g. Not a member and or the management of political parties;
h. Willing to be placed in all regions of the Republic of Indonesia;
i. English speaking TOEFL = 500/IELTS = 6 (precedence);
j. Charge Code Requirements File (form 1) and Registration Form (form 2).
3. Conditions of Registration:
a. Acceptance letter of application:
1. Pengumuman CPNS Depnakertrans reception starting on 15 sd 28 September 2009 via the website and www.depnakertrans.go.id Depnakertrans in national newspapers;
2. Acceptance of the applicant's documents by registered mail from the date of 15 to 28 September 2009 (postmark) and the Committee had received no later than October 5, 2009;
3. Committee did not receive a cover letter that was delivered directly;
4. The application letter must be handwritten and signed by the applicant using black ink, addressed to the Chairman of the Procurement Team Depnakertrans PNS Fiscal Year 2009;
5. Applicants selected test locations in accordance with the education and if the participants have passed the selection committee reserves the right to place CPNS accordance with the needs of the organization;
6. Letter of application, a list of files and completeness of the application form and attachments neatly arranged in the order form in the folder 1 pin-hole paper (snelhecter) with color:
1). RED for Bachelor (S1);
2). YELLOW for Diploma Three (D3).
Application documents included in the legal-sized brown envelope and sent through the Post Office, to:

7. Application documents are sent in addition to the above address, will not be processed.
b. Equipped with a cover letter:
1. Complete list of files (form 1) and application form (form 2). Example form pdf file format can be downloaded via website Depnakertrans;
2. Pas last photo size 4 x 6 cm 3 (three) pieces and the applicant's name written on the back of the photo;
3. Photocopy of diploma and transcripts that have been certified by the Rector / Dean / Assistant Dean for Academic University / Institute, or the Chief / Assistant Chief of Academic Division of the High School, citing officials (cap wet). Graduate Certificate not valid.
4. Photocopy of National Identity Card (KTP) is still valid;
5. Photocopy of the seeker sign cards (Card Kuning/AK.1) from the Office of the handle of a valid Employment and the legalized;
6. Note the original Police Certificate which is still valid;
7. Envelope as much as 2 (two) pieces, each inscribed with the name of the applicant, address of the applicant and sufficient postage affixed.
4. Implementation of selection:
a. Administrative selection (points 2 and 3) performed with the system fall.
b. Implementation of written test held on 6 (six) regions, namely: Central (Jakarta), Medan, Makassar, Samarinda, Ternate, and Sorong.
c. Participants who are eligible will be notified of selection and then through writing letters and Internet sites covering Depnakertrans examinees sign number, time and location selection.
5. Other:
a. The committee is not responsible for delays in a letter sent to the address of the applicant.
b. Instructions on filling in the Registration Form (form 2) can be seen in the appendix of this announcement.
c. Procurement Team Decision Depnakertrans PNS Fiscal Year 2009 was absolute and inviolable.
d. Official information relating to the selection CPNS Depnakertrans year 2009 can only be seen in www.depnakertrans.go.id Depnakertrans website. It is expected the applicants to continue to monitor it.
e. Registration Form (form 2) must be printed with high quality laser printer and use 80 grams of A4 paper.
f. Registration Form (form 2) is not allowed in the photo copy.
g. We print Registration Form (form 2) to consider straightness of paper and set the settings on the Print menu apilkasi program Adobe Acrobat Reader, as follows:
- The command select Page Scaling: None
- Mark the Auto-Rotate command and Center and the Choose Paper Source by PDF page size
- Preview menu should show the paper size 8.27 x 11.69 inches (A4 size).
