Requirements:
- Must have extensive culinary training in Indonesian cooking to be able to provide highest quality dining experience for guests
- Strong working knowledge of Thai and Indian Cuisine to be able to coordinate with and oversee Thai and Indian operations
- Able to organize and plan for high volume outlet to handle up to 650 breakfast and 300 dinners
- In room dining (room service) experience
- Creative to assist with promoting restaurant outlet and menu inside and out of Resort
- Proven leadership skill over large culinary operation 30 or more culinary staff to direct and maintain employee Job Satisfaction
- Work base in Bali, Jimbaran.
