To strengthen our sales force, currently we need a high-driven people to be positioned as Area Sales Manager (ASM).

Responsibilities:
* To manage & lead the Financial Advisors to achieve / exceed performance targets
* To recruit, train & retain the optimum number and Ensure quality of Financial Advisors
* To Ensure Financial Advisors are up to date with the required skills & competencies
* To Ensure quality business written and performed periodic customer reviews
* To Ensure quality & quantity of leads from & to Branches
* To build productive relationship with Branch Managers
* To implement the Financial Advisors process management activity
* To manage out non-performers
Requirements:
* Age between 25-39 years old
* Bachelor degree from reputable university
* More than 5 years successful sales record
* Strong sales records management, preferably in Financial Industry
* Minimum 2 years of experience to manage the team as a leader
