Aioli Restaurant, located in beach front areas of Male ', capital of Maldives, with a unique atmosphere and great reputation for al-a-carte food and functions, is looking to recruit Chefs COMMIS for an immediate start. You will work under the supervision of a Sous Chef and must have a positive attitude to work with a brigade of eight with mainly Split Shifts including evenings.

Requirements:
* To be familiar with the menus and prepare and cook orders for daily operations
* To have knowledge and experience in preparation of pizza.
* To Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion and to the appropriate agreed standards
* To observe excellent food hygiene practice in the food chain from storage to preparation and service.
* To maintain a clean, neat and well organized work area.
* To Ensure the kitchen equipment is in working orderand report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
1. This is a contract position in the Maldives for an initial term of 24 months. The contract may be renewed at the conclusion of the contract.
2. Salary: Negotiable
3. Accommodation in a furnished apartment will be provided as part of the package. The apartment will be shared with others. Utility costs such as electricity and water will be covered in the package.
