Salary
$ 3,500 net per month plus accommodation and benefits
Client Information
The client is a beautiful five star hotel in the middle east they are looking to recruit an Executive Pastry Chef for their entire operation. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the pastry sections within all kitchen operations in the hotel ensuring company standards are maintained and exceeded at all times.
Candidate Specifications
You will be energetic and a good leader, working in a similar position at present preferably within a five star property. You will have a classical culinary background from five stars hotels. Middle East experience would be an advantage, however you must have worked with a multi cultural workforce before. You will be a good organizer, trainer and developer of people. Must be a hands on chef, who has an awareness of costs. HACCP trained, hygiene focus.
Eligibility
In line with the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, applicants must be eligible to live and work in the country of the role, without restrictions. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates.
