Job description

Our client seeks a Food and Beverage Manager with a background in International hotels for their 4 star property in central Dubai.

Reporting directly to the GM you will oversee the operation of 2 restaurants, pool bar, several meeting rooms, and room service for this mid-sized 4 star property.

The ideal candidate will be in their late 20's or early 30's and have an international hotel background. Ideally they will already be a Food and Beverage Manager, or an experienced Assistant F&B ready for their next move.

Previous work experience in the GCC is essential, and an Arabic speaker would be well regarded.

A standard expat package with a salary of approx 10,000Dhs pm is offered.
