Job description
Having been named the best Asian Restaurant in Victoria for 3 consecutive years Koko has now been inducted in to the Victorian Restaurant and Catering Awards Hall of Fame.
To ensure Koko's continued success we are currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead this award winning team.
Having already established yourself as a committed Restaurant Manager in a Premium Dining Venue you will relish to opportunity to work along side some of Melbourne's best hospitality professionals.
Innovative in your approach to enhancing customer service you will lead your team by example while demonstrating the following core values - Integrity, Leadership and Resilience / Persistence.
With strong management and communication skills including an articulate command of both the written and verbal English language, you will also possess astute business acumen as well as the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing work environment. The ability to speak fluent Japanese is preferred.
Your in-depth knowledge and understating of Japanese culture, cuisine and beverage will assist you in acquiring this unique management opportunity.
