Indonesia opened the opportunity for the Post-Graduate and Graduate of the State of Indonesia Berwarga both men and women to participate in the procurement selection as a candidate for Civil Servants (CPNS) at the Department of Public Works that will be placed either in the central and regional with the provisions:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Indonesian citizen, physically and spiritually healthy.
2. Of good character and never sentenced to prison or confinement by court decisions that have permanent legal force.
3. Not being bound by agreements / contracts with government agencies / other private.
4. Never be dismissed with respect not his own request or not with respect as CPNS / PNS / Members of TNI / police, or dismissed with respect as private employees.
5. Not domiciled as CPNS / PNS / Candidate Members of TNI / police and members of TNI / police.
6. Willing to be placed in all regions of the Republic of Indonesia.
7. Minimal understand / know the basic use of computers (Microsoft Office) and Internet (browsing & electronic mail)

REQUIREMENTS Applicants for GENERAL:
1. Postgraduate diplomas (S2) and / or Bachelor (S1) of the State Universities / Private Universities has received accreditation (minimum B) or of the Foreign Affairs College has received approval from the Ministry of National Education, with a cumulative performance index requirements (GPA ): for S1 at least 2.75 (two point seven five), and S2 at least 3.25 (three point two-five). For educated applicants must attach S.2 diplomas and transcripts levels of S.1.
2. Educational qualifications in accordance with the information that is determined by the Minister of State for Administrative Reform.
3. Master English well (verbally and written) that is proved by test results of English language skills are still valid, published on October 1, 2008 or thereafter. Test results are allowed to be attached are as follows:
* EPT is published by the Institute of Language and Education Professionals (LBPP) LIA with a minimum value: 450 to 475 for S.1 and S.2.
* Ò TOEFL IBT (Internet Base TOEFL), published by The Indonesian International Education Foundation (IIEF) with a minimum value of 53 to 64 for S.1 and S.2.
* IELTS is published by the Education Foundation of Australia (IDP) 4.5 for S.1, S.2 and 5.5 for.
4. U s i a:
* No more than 28 years on December 1, 2009 (born on December 1, 1981 or later) for the Bachelor (S1).
* No more than 30 years on December 1, 2009 (born on December 1, 1979 or later) for Postgraduate level (S2).

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYEES NOT FIXED (PTT) IN THE ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS:
1. An employee who was recorded in the Database Employee Not Fixed (PTT) in the Department of Public Works. For employees who are not registered, it will automatically count as general applicants.
2. Postgraduate diplomas (S.2) and / or Bachelor (S.1) of the State Universities / Private Universities has received from an accredited university or State that have received approval from the Ministry of National Education. For educated applicants must attach S.2 diplomas and transcripts levels of S.1.
3. Educational qualifications in accordance with the information that is determined by the Minister of State for Administrative Reform.

5. Aged no more than 35 years on December 1, 2009 (born on December 1, 1974 or later) for the Bachelor (S1) and Postgraduate Studies (S.2).
6. Has worked as a non-permanent employees prior to 1 April 2007 which stated the Certificate of Satminkal Secretary / Director / Bureau Chief / Head of Central Department of Public Works.

REGISTRATION:
1. The process of registration of applicants can be viewed through the Public Works Department website at http://www.pu.go.id.
2. For applicants who have done the registration and the system declared eligible will be given a file number should be printed. The next file to be sent along with other requirements specified.
3. Online Registration Period open from 3 to 30 September 2009.
4. Image completeness can be sent after signing up online and get No. File and has received committee no later than the date of October 5, 2009 at 15:00

6. Completeness of the application for General Applicants
1. File Number of prints match those obtained in the time of registration online, spiked with seal and signed.
2. Packed with supporting documents in the form:
1. Copy of certificate or S.1 following S.2 transcripts of State Universities / Private is already certified according to the requirements:
* University / Institute, by the Rector / Dean / Assistant Dean of Academic Division.
* High School, by the Chairman / Assistant / Chief Academic.
* A certificate issued by the College of Foreign Affairs by the competent authority in the Directorate General of Higher Education Department of National Education.
2. 1 (one) copy / photocopy of legalization Certificate English Ability Test match conditions.
3. 3 (three) pieces fit photo size 3 x 4 cm (color) and the applicant's name written on the back.
4. Copy of valid ID card.
5. Copy of Birth Certificate.
6. Statement of the relevant letter would be placed in all regions in Indonesia.
7. Letter Statement willing to pay compensation of resignation (for the accepted and resigned) of Rp. 10.000.000, - (ten million rupiah) seal affixed Rp. 6000, - in accordance with the examples in the website.
8. PTT is equipped with a special letter from the Secretary-Statements Satminkal / Director / Head of Bureau / Head of the Center and the related Statement of Task ..
3. Application documents neatly arranged in folders, and included in snelhecter brown envelope. Color Map for general applicants: S.1 (yellow), S.2 (blue). Employees Not to Stay: S.1 (red), S.2 (brown).
4. Include the applicant information on the envelope (provided by the system when completed registration online).
5. Application documents are incomplete or there is a difference between the database data files that are candidates to be submitted shall be deemed not eligible

Selection is done by stages (autumn system) as follows:
1. Administrative Selection by seeing the fulfillment of the requirements above, and which do not meet the requirements will be disqualified. Only those who passed the administrative selection that will be called for written test followed by an announcement on the Public Works Department website and bulletin board Department of Public Works.
2. For applicants who passed the Administrative Selection required to take Test Participants sign, time and location of participants taking exam mark will be determined later.
3. Selection of Participants sign Written Exam taken by the candidates themselves (not assignable) with the original document as: diplomas, certificates English-Language Ability, transcripts and birth certificates to be presented to the committee.
4. Written exam covering General Knowledge Test (TPU) which consists of: The Knowledge of PU, Indonesian, Pancasila, the State Administration, History and Government Policy. Scholastic Talent Test (TBS), Special Knowledge / Substance, Test Maturity Scale (TSK). Time and location of Written Examination will be determined later.
5. Written exam results will be announced through the website of the Ministry of Public Works and the bulletin board of Public Works Department.

MISCELLANEOUS:
1. Candidates for admission to the Civil Service Department of Public Works is free.
2. Department of Public Works is not responsible for the charges or offer any form of elements - elements that on behalf of the Public Works Department or the Committee so that participants are not expected to serve a bid - a bid to facilitate acceptance as a candidate civil servants.

4. Application without the application file number is considered invalid and will not be reviewed by the committee. The committee examined only 1 (one) file an application for 1 (one) File Number.
5. Graduation Certificate / Diploma as an acceptable, provided the applicant can include a letter signed statement by the Head of the University which states that the University was able to issue the relevant original certificates at the time he takes Trials Participant Number. For applicants who can not show the original certificate, he is not able to take the test participant number.
6. Applicants for overseas graduates conversions please attach a certified transcript by the Directorate General of Higher Education Ministry.
7. Application documents sent to the Department of Public Works before the announcement year 2009 procurement of civil servants is considered not valid.
8. Application documents received become the property committee and the committee can not be requested by the applicants.
9. Things - other things related to the procurement and selection of civil servants, the Public Works Department in 2009 can be viewed at the Department of Public Works website (http://www.pu.go.id) and the applicants are advised to continue to monitor developments.
