Responsibilities:
* Interaction with guests show casing the culinary department of St. Regis to our guests, updating the guest preferences and profiles.
* Attend trainings and achieve training hours set by outlet
* Greet guests, present menus, make suggestion, takes orders and serves food & beverage according to standard procedures.
* Check on guest satisfaction, Attends to guest needs and complaints with proper follow up by informing the Management or the Senior Team Leader.
* Present check, perform cashiering function, bid guests farewell and invite them to come back.
* Maintain Cleanliness of work place by performing clearing function.
* Perform side duties.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary / Pre-U / A level / College, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field.
* At least 1 year (s) of working experience in a hotel / restaurant
* Good spoken English
