Award winning Daydream Island Resort & Spa, is seeking an experienced, hard working professional with proven ability to manage our Mermaids 100+ seat A la Carte restaurant.
A can do attitude, with dedication that is second to none, will ensure your success in this role. One with a vision to see the potential and convert it to reality; this is not a job for the inexperienced supervisor seeking to be a manager. This position is strictly for the highly experienced manager seeking to be part of an award winning resort and dynamic food & beverage team.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Ensuring guest satisfaction
· Maximisation of revenue & profitability, through promotion and cost control
· Continual up-skilling, training and motivation of all staff
· Developing systems and procedural standards
This is a live-on island position with benefits including discounts in our food and beverage outlets, subsidised sole use accommodation and subsidised meals from the staff canteen.
